Monarch River Estates is a private setting consisting of 15 multi-acre parcels in Colorado's Sawatch Mountains located at the confluence of Fooses Creek, Como Creek and the South Fork of the Arkansas River.  Accessed off Highway 50 between Maysville and Monarch Pass bordering the Pike and San Isabel National Forests, Monarch River Estates is 7 miles east of Monarch Mountain Ski Area and 11 miles west of Salida, Colorado.
